Terms & Conditions.

Narrow provides an integrated business management platform, offering cashbook reconciliation, invoicing, inventory tracking, payroll support, and financial reporting.

Access to Narrow is multi-tenant and organization-scoped. Data and permissions are strictly isolated per organization and workspace.

We endeavor to maintain high service availability (99.9% targeted uptime), but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or external provider outages.

To access the Service, users must register an account via our secure authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing access permissions, user roles, and invitation of team members within their organization workspace.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership of all data, transactions, customer records, and financial ledger entries entered into or processed by Narrow.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and back up your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all financial data, invoices, and accounting entries comply with applicable local laws, including SARS (South African Revenue Service) requirements.

Narrow is offered under subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or under custom enterprise agreements.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle renewal date.

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion or as mandated by applicable South African consumer protection law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the application, attempting unauthorized access to other tenant data, sending spam, or introducing malicious code.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

The Service, including all source code, software design, brand elements, user interface components, and logos, is the property of Rethynk Web Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use the Narrow or Rethynk Web Studio trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rethynk Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
